Partner
Program Support
Our partners are independent in planning and executing the program, with the Dream and Live Foundation providing them with the best possible digital support. Anyone can register as a partner, without further obligations.
Four Groups
For the program we have defined four different groups: public, partner, team and participants.
For each group we facilitate a website environment and accounts to work with. All groups find their available materials on those websites in a similar way, but always tailored to the role and responsibility of that group.
These 3 diagrams give an overview of the 4 groups, combined with a timeline and materials needed to plan and execute the program.
Program Overview
As a partner, you have unlimited access to our Partner Website as a basis for planning and preparing the program. You log in with your personal account and can go through the training, materials and preparation details to get a good understanding of the program. This program overview provides you insight in the stages of running the program.
Public
As a partner, you can share our Public Websites with people who are interested in becoming a partner, team member or participant. When you advertise the planned program, this can also be very useful. You are now on our Preview Website, providing a taste of the program. Program Team
As a partner, you will create your own team and need to train and prepare them to host the program with you. Training and all materials to prepare the program will be provided by the partner to the team. When you are all sitting together to prepare, you can share the videos with the team from the Partner Website using your personal account.
Once the program is planned and booked, you will receive the Program Website with all the preparation videos and materials for the team. The team can now access these materials via a Team account and continue to prepare on their own. It also facilitates all the lessons under the same Team Account.
Program Participants
While the team has access to all the materials for all the lessons, you don’t want to give out spoilers to your participants or share all that information. For these reasons, we have created a specific account for each lesson, which can be shared with participants after a lesson has been given.
Because participants are getting a lot of information during the program, they may want to rewatch the video lesson for their own processing. If a participant misses a lesson, this is also a great way to catch up.
Program Ending
After you have run the program and evaluated with the team, the Program Website will be deleted. This way we keep control over the usage and versions of all videos and materials.
As a partner, you will keep unlimited access to the Partner Website to plan a next program at any time. If a specific team member also wants to become a partner, or takes over your role, request a personal account for that person. That way, we can keep everyone informed and involved in the right way.
